The LZB-F anti-corrosion flowmeter has a diameter of Φ 15- Φ 100 and is mainly composed of a glass cone tube, a plastic coated float, a liner, upper and lower bases, upper and lower stops, support plates, front and rear casings, sealing rings, and sealing ring diaphragms. The anti-corrosion flowmeter is connected by flanges (according to the JB78-59 cast iron flange regulations), and its appearance and installation dimensions are shown in the table. The LZB-F corrosion-resistant flow meters with diameters of Φ 80 and Φ 100 are equipped with guide rods on the float to ensure stable upward movement and protect the cone tube from damage.

The parts of the corrosion-resistant flowmeter that come into contact with the medium are made of advanced anti-corrosion materials, such as Leiten PPS resin and fluoroplastic F46. The outer surface is coated with epoxy anti-corrosion paint and amino baking paint as protective materials, so it has good corrosion resistance. It is very reliable and effective in flow measurement of various corrosive media such as strong acids (except hydrofluoric acid), strong alkalis, oxidants, strong oxidizing acid organic solvents, and other corrosive gases and liquids.
